We only use our clear kayak to take drone pictures; this service does not include an excursion or tour.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions listed below apply to all bookings. The booking you submit to us signifies that you are authorised to make the booking for your party, or on their behalf. Your confirmation should be reviewed carefully and promptly to ensure that it accurately reflects the booking you have requested and if any discrepancies are found inform us immediately.

1. In case of lateness, we offer a grace period of 15 minutes. Arriving after the 10-minute grace period, regardless of a phone call notice, you will be charged a 25$ late fee.
2. Tropics reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone any activity, with or without prior notice, in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or for any reason outside its control. At the guest’s discretion, tickets purchased during this period will be amended or refunded.
3. Tropics is not liable for any adverse weather conditions.
4. Adult supervision and accompaniment are mandatory for children under 18.
5. Participants and belongings inside the kayaks are susceptible to getting wet. We recommend that you leave valuables onshore in a safe place, as Tropics are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables.
6. Bookings are non-refundable unless canceled 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled activity.
7. No show, no refund
8. A refund request for a scheduled trip is unacceptable if you are sick at the last minute, injured, jet-lagged, miserable, or hungover.
9. Tropics reserve the right to terminate any member of your party who commits an illegal or potentially dangerous activity, including taking or carrying drugs during or before an activity, is under the influence of alcohol, persistently disregards our instructions, exhibits disruptive behaviour, or is difficult to handle. There will be no refund for such a person who fails to comply with our guidelines.
10. A lot of pictures and videos are taken of our guests. We reserve the right to use these in marketing materials and social media campaigns. To opt out, please send us an email.
11. In the event the pictures are not satisfactory due to participants choice of attire, hairstyle or any elements outside the photographers control, no refund. Tropics aims to take clear high-res photos to best capture the scene.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please give 48 hours (2 days) notice. There is no refund for no-shows. We will offer you an alternative date or refund your full payment in the event of cancellation by the operator due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any member of your party who knowingly or recklessly takes or uses drugs during or before an activity, is under the influence of alcohol, persistently disregards their instructions, or exhibits disruptive or problematic behaviour. Such persons will not be entitled to a refund if they are terminated from the activity.
