We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full session fee being charged.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
