  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A confirmed booking may require full or partial payment
  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled session

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

6. Media & Content Usage

By participating in a photoshoot with Tropics TCI, you agree that:

  • Photos and videos may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session
  • Clients may request content privacy before the shoot

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse, copy, or distribute content without permission
  • Not to attempt to disrupt or harm the website or its services
